Send a message to a stranger, get one back, learn nothing about them
Called «(Не)случайный собеседник» in Telegram. A bot for anonymous exchange: your voice note, photo or text goes into a shared pool and reaches someone else, who can reply — and the reply can be replied to, so a whole conversation happens without either side having a handle on the other. Every delivered message can be marked spam, liked or disliked, and the delivery query weights the pool by those reactions.
